A Harvard Health study found that those with various medical conditions and anxiety who wrote online for 15 minutes three days a week over 12 weeks had increased feelings of well-being after one month. Their mental well-being continued to improve during the 12 weeks of journaling.

We have created a journal for kids between the ages of 5 and 12 years. This tool will help them learn life management skills early on. Our goal is to provide a platform for self-expression and to fulfill all pillars of a balanced life.
