Moderators

Under supervision of Community, Serve Us Executive Team:


- Create training guides and program for potential moderators, enforcing rules, monitoring posts, providing feedback, resolving conflicts, ensuring participation, guiding discussions, and highlighting important ideas.

Fundraising & Development

Under leadership of Community, Serve Us executive team: 


Develop strategic plans, identify donors, create engaging proposals, schedule meetings, conduct grant research, and write grant proposals

Digital Designer

Design and develop digital assets, collaborate on creative ideas, use animations, leverage data for optimization, and ensure brand consistency under the Marketing Coordinator's leadership.

Social Media Manager

Manage social media scheduling, strategy, and engagement. Directly interact to spark conversations, repurpose content across platforms, grow accounts organically, and create a content calendar under the Community Serve Us Marketing Coordinator.

Content Creator

Create content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns, collaborating on copywriting while following branding guidelines and contributing creative ideas under the Community, Serve Us Marketing Coordinator.

Video Editor

Responsible for editing and uploading videos, managing technical video editing aspects, collaborating with creative teams, and adhering to brand guidelines under the Community, Serve Us Marketing Coordinator.

User Experience

Under leadership, responsibilities include user-centered design input, user research, enhancing design systems, creating new product elements, storytelling, documenting processes, conducting user research on forms, and collaborating with SEO teams to improve visibility and keyword targeting.

SEO

Develop SEO strategies, analyze performance, write SEO content, conduct keyword research, optimize metadata, collaborate with teams, and guide volunteers under marketing leadership.

Maria Fernanda Rojas, Mafe, is a poetry and neuroscience enthusiast, and the editor-in-chief and creative designer of the Literary Kaleidoscope anthology. She draws inspiration from her notes app and scraps of paper during her subway commutes. Maria enjoys people-watching, reading scientific journals, and photography. A dedicated advocate for social justice, she mentors young immigrant children in her Latin community. Maria aspires to become a clinical cognitive neuropsychology researcher and is thrilled to be part of KARMANT Learning, where her skills in social justice and psychology will help spread awareness and improve lives.
